Refund policy

Returns of home and garden accessories will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Any returned items are shipped at the customers cost, and must be in the original state delivered and in original packaging. Returns will be assessed before any refund is processed. This excludes sale or clearance items.

Refunds of any digital products will not be provided. This applies to any online course or other digital product. Detailed information about the content is provided, therefore it's the customers responsibility to assess whether the digital product is right for them. Further enquires are welcomed, prior to purchase, to help in your purchase decision.
